1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of radiatecpa.com (the "website"). The website is run by Radiate CPA, a DBA of Tradewright CPA LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. The website is general information, not advice
The content on the website, and in our videos and social posts, is general information for med spa owners. They are not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice for your situation. Tax rules change and depend on the facts, so please don't act on anything here without talking to a qualified professional about your circumstances.
3. No client relationship until we both sign
Using the website, filling in a form, emailing us, or having a financial strategy call with us does not make you our client. A client relationship starts only when you and we both sign a written engagement agreement. That agreement sets out the scope of the work, the fee, and both sides' responsibilities, and it controls if anything on the website says otherwise.
4. The free financial strategy call
The financial strategy call is free and comes with no obligation. We use it to learn about your practice and decide together whether we're a fit. Anything we discuss on the call is general and preliminary, and it isn't a recommendation you should rely on. If we propose work afterward, we'll describe it in writing, at a fixed fee, before anything begins. We may decline to take on any engagement.
5. No guaranteed results
Every practice is different. We don't promise any particular tax savings, profit, or other financial outcome, and nothing on the website should be read as a promise.
6. Using the website
You may use the website for your own information. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to break into it, disrupting it, copying it in bulk with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Information you send us
Please give us accurate information when you contact us or book a call. Don't send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents through the website or by ordinary email. If we work together, we'll provide a secure way to share them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send.
8. Our content
The website's text, videos, graphics and the Radiate CPA name and logo belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.
9. Other websites and services
The website links to and uses services run by others, such as HubSpot for scheduling, Google Meet for calls, and our YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn profiles. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
10. Disclaimer
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its general content. This section is about the website only. Professional services we provide to clients are governed by the engagement agreement for that work.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last Updated" date above. The version on this page when you use the website is the one that applies.
