1. Who we are
Radiate CPA is a CPA firm that works with med spa owners. It operates as a DBA of Tradewright CPA LLC, a Utah limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Radiate CPA, and "the website" means radiatecpa.com.
This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and who helps us handle it. It covers the website only. If you become a client, your engagement agreement and the confidentiality rules that apply to CPAs and tax preparers govern the financial and tax information you share with us.
2. Information you give us
When you book a financial strategy call, the website asks for information in two short steps and then sends you to our scheduling page:
- Your name, email address and phone number;
- Your practice's annual revenue range and who currently handles your books; and
- On the scheduling page, the time you choose and any details you add about your practice, such as its name.
We also receive whatever you choose to send us by email.
Please don't send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive financial documents through the website forms or by ordinary email. If we work together, we'll give you a secure way to share them.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit:
- Basic technical details such as your browser, device type, IP address and approximate location;
- The pages you view, how you arrived (for example, a search engine, a social profile, or a link with tracking tags in the address), and when you visit; and
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 6.
If you later fill in one of our forms, HubSpot can connect your earlier visits on this browser to the contact record created by your form.
4. How we use your information
- To schedule your call, prepare for it, and follow up about it;
- To answer your questions and decide together whether our services fit your practice;
- To send you occasional emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time;
- To understand how people find and use the website, so we can improve it; and
- To keep the website secure and to meet our legal and professional obligations.
We may contact you by email or phone about a call you've requested. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
5. Service providers we use
A small number of companies help us run the website. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us:
- HubSpot stores the information from our forms and scheduling page and runs the website's visit tracking;
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks, which involves processing technical details like your IP address;
- Google Meet hosts the video calls you schedule with us;
- Vimeo plays any video embedded on the website, loaded with its "do not track" setting turned on; and
- Our email provider delivers the messages we exchange with you.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a successor if our firm is ever sold or reorganized.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. The website uses:
- HubSpot cookies (such as
hubspotutkand__hstc), which recognize returning visitors, count visits, and connect form submissions to the right contact; and - Security cookies that Cloudflare may set to tell people apart from automated traffic.
We don't run advertising cookies or ad pixels on the website. If we add an analytics or advertising tool later, we'll update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them, though the booking forms may not remember you. The website doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
7. How long we keep information
We keep contact and scheduling information for as long as it's useful for our relationship with you, and as long as we need it for legal, tax or professional record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to those obligations.
8. Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing joe@radiatecpa.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on providers that maintain their own security programs. No website or email system is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive documents through it.
10. Children
The website is for business owners. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we'll update this page and the "Last Updated" date above.
